Delta AI provides scenario-based learning exercises with AI roleplayers that can speak, listen, and see users. We collect and store:
- Audio Transcriptions: We transcribe audio from your interactions with AI roleplayers. Audio recordings themselves are not permanently stored; only text transcriptions are retained.
- Conversation Content: Text of your conversations with AI roleplayers
- Session Metadata: Timestamps, scenario types, and performance metrics
Important: While we do not currently store video recordings, we may implement video recording and storage in the future. We will update this Privacy Policy and notify you before implementing such changes.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Provide and Maintain the Service: To operate Delta AI, deliver learning exercises, and manage your account. We will use your data to provide you with the services you requested.

Note: You cannot currently export your conversation history. This feature may be added in the future.
6.2 Cookie Preferences
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. However, disabling certain cookies may limit your ability to use some features of the Service.
6.3 Marketing Communications
You may opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails. You cannot opt out of service-related communications.

Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of your data. We use encryption to protect your information. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

By using Delta AI, you understand and consent to our use of conversation transcriptions and interaction data to improve our AI systems and train our models. This data will be stored indefinitely for these purposes.
